MINI STARS

Mini Stars sessions are for kids to have fun and provide an educational way to those young players new to the game or just recently introduced. Our young laxers enjoy learning new skills, taking part in mini games, and having fun forming new friendships.

Target groups are U12, U10, U8

Players are grouped by age and/or ability to maximise engagement and we welcome laxers of all abilities and experience from complete beginners to those who want extra lacrosse to sit alongside their club and school competition.

Providing a variety of movement skills and fitness, incorporated with warm up games, team games or end of the session Fundamentals such as catching, throwing, cradling, shooting, scooping, defending and footwork.
