DEVELOPMENT
Our development sessions are for young athletes who have the passion and determination to achieve their goals in lacrosse. Our coaches have a wealth of experience in improving lacrosse skills and getting the best from young players who are keen to improve their game and take it to another level. Our focus is building on the fundamental skills and tactical awareness. At Future Stars we focus on junior players at a young age being able to move well, excellent skills and a good understanding of the game.

DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS
Centre Draw Specialist Program
Future Stars Lacrosse is offering three Centre Draw focused sessions for all U16 & U18 Boy and Girls. These sessions will focus on aspects of the draw including the types of draws, stance, grip, strategy and more. The sessions will support individuals helping players feel more confident in this key position.

Goal Keeper Specialist Program
